David T. Lender is Chief Executive Officer of David T. Lender & Associates, LLC.

David has specialized in mergers and acquisitions throughout his 26-year career as an investment banker. He has advised hundreds of clients from middle market private family businesses to multi-billion dollar public companies. His experience ranges from helping consumer companies buy add-on brands, selling and buying major glass container manufacturers, negotiating, for example, the highly structured joint venture and financing of a paper distribution business, to auctioning middle market hand tool makers to the highest bidder. David has provided fairness opinions and strategic advice to numerous boards and special committees of public boards. He has advised on both public and private financings and acted as a principal in LBO transactions. His background:
